The
Georgia
Informer is proud
to endorse David L. Burgess for Public
Service Commissioner.
Governor Roy E. Barnes
appointed David Burgess to fill a vacant Commission seat
on April 8, l999. His appointment to the Commission is
one of several “firsts.” Burgess is the first
African-American person to serve on the vital utility
board; the first former PSC staff member to hold a
Commission
seat.
